During that time, I have never known Jeanne to be other than the best of friends and one of the hardest working people I know. I always told her that when I was ready to sell my home she would be the realtor I would use. Jeanne was one of the few realtors who, rather than complain about the economy and its negative impact on home sales and values, actually worked harder and was able to weather the storm. When I told her I was ready to sell, she went to work preparing all the documents and determining what the asking price should be. She is also very skilled in home repairs/renovations and landscaping so she knows exactly what home improvements/repairs need to be performed prior to listing the home in order to maximize curb appeal and minimize any issues that may arise when prospective buyers and home inspectors/appraisers view the property. As such, I hired her and her crew to get my home ready prior to listing. When the time came, the property was listed at 9 am and was sold by 11:30 that same morning. During subsequent inspections and appraisal, Jeanne made certain she was always in attendance and all process were passed without incident. From the first meeting we knew she was a great choice. She listened and acknowledged our desires and concerns. Her deep experience and knowledge was apparent and She clearly outline a marketing strategy which we approved and she went to work executing the plan and the results were immediate. The home was shown constantly, not only by her but by other agents. We soon had multiple offers. Jeannie clearly communicated the best ways to handle them but allowed us to make the decisions..
